We selected Black Avenue Productions after searching Easy Weddings as their work stood out and the variety of packages appealed to us. We selected the 12-hour package (two photographers and two videographers). On the day, the team arrived to all locations as scheduled. They were all super friendly and made us feel comfortable but most importantly, were very professional. They kept it fun and really fit well into our crowd. We asked for a mixture of candid and staged photos/videos.

Black Avenue Productions were a fantastic choice for our wedding! We originally chose Derek & Lowina because they were the only photography company that we could find in our area that provided a photo album for us. We chose them and everything was super easy. We had to change our wedding date due to COVID-19, and Derek & Lowina accommodated to our new date. They were extremely responsive and easy to work with leading up to the big day.
On the day they arrived and were extremely professional and easy to work with, telling us what to do and which poses to achieve the best photos. It seemed as if we had known them forever – and we just met them! They worked really well with our videographer from another company which was really pleasing. I stumbled upon Black Avenue Productions’ website last year when I was in a hunt for pre-wedding photographers. We knew we wanted to take photos in Bright, Victoria during autumn, and we were looking for someone who knows the area and/or can travel and scout the place for us. We hit a jackpot.
Lowina has been amazing preparing all the options for us, including suggestions what outfits to wear and what kind of styling (hair and makeup) that would match. Derek prepared the itineraries for the 2-day shooting. Before the day, we could already see they put a massive amount of effort in the planning, and they genuinely care what we want/need!
The photoshoots went amazingly. Both Lowina and Derek are easygoing we enjoyed hours we spent together just like old friends. Not to forget they are very professional as they took amazing pictures, they knew which spots to go as they have scouted the places, they guided us during the shoots to capture the perfect emotions! We were so surprised when they brought a drone and we had photos taken from the air. It was so special, loved working with them.
One day after the photoshoots, Derek sent through over a dozen of sneakpeek photos, they turned out REALLY good. We are still waiting for the online gallery of the full collection, but we know they would be magical!

When we started looking around for our photographer, we came across Black Avenue Productions on the Easy Wedding directory and loved their work and instantly knew they were the best in their field.
My wife Kristina and I, even my family and friends can’t praise the quality of Black Avenue Production’s work and their work ethic enough. We first met Lowina 12 months before our wedding and knew immediately that we wanted to work with her. I was regretful that we didn’t have a proper wedding so no wedding photos. When I saw Black Avenue Productions coming to Prague, we booked our flight. Lowina & Derek are not only Professional but at the same time, COOL! They are fun people to work with. Taking photos and making videos with them make me fall in love with my man once again. It was a very sweet experience. The team took us to many secret hidden locations in Prague where no ordinary tourists can stumble upon. We felt so well taken care of! (If I remarry again, I will still pick Black Avenue! Shhhhhh…..)
