Brooke & Trent // Outdoor dream wedding at Wilson Botanic Park Berwick Wedding, with gardens and ponds, it’s our honour to witness this down to earth emotional wedding:

Some of you may remember Brooke and Trent from their gorgeous pre-wedding photo shoot in December 2017. Eager to use the same location that they were to be married at, this was a perfect chance for the couple to test out how photos would look on their special day, and get to meet our team and bond a little too – something we believe makes such a difference when couples want to work well with their chosen wedding photography team.

Besties since they were teenagers, Brook and Trent share a dedication for each other that really inspired us, not to mention their well-planned, relaxed, fun and romantic approach to a simple but intimate wedding.
We were thrilled to be invited to shoot this young couple’s wedding at the Wilson Botanic Park Berwick, in the Autumn of 2018. Anyone who has been to the park will know that it’s filled with beautiful gardens, ponds and park trails and thankfully, the weather was perfect!

The couple did an amazing job planning their ceremony. Brooke looked stunningly elegant in her bridal gown from Brides of Melbourne and the beautiful pastel colours for her bridal party, together with the vibrantly coloured bridal flowers by InFlower, matched the outdoor garden setting perfectly.
Not to mention the classic Aussie favourite retailer, Myer, being the supplier of choice for the groom and his grooms men’s suits. And why not? When you can look as slick and dapper as Trent did on his wedding day.

One thing we truly enjoyed during the ceremony was the relaxed, humorous and down-to-earth approach of celebrant Greg Evans. Choosing the right time to make the audience laugh and putting the nervous couple at ease worked wonders to break the ice and get everyone in a fun mood.

After spending a good amount of time shooting around the gardens after the ceremony, it was on to the reception. Upon arrival, our team were thrilled to find a family of Kangaroos on the pristine golf course at the Cardinia Beaconhills Golf Links.

Beautifully decorated by Jelka from Elegant Occasions, the couple’s reception room looked amazing and the formalities went very smoothly with passionate speeches from chosen friends and family, a beautiful wedding cake and tasty dishes being served. Once, the formalities were out of the way it didn’t take long before the DJ music was pumping, the drinks were flowing and guests gravitated to the dance floor.. and let us tell you, these guys knew how to party!
